Returns & Exchanges

Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. All items must have original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued once the return is inspected at our warehouse.
